eligibility criteria defined in the Department of Health Allied Health Professional
Service Rules from Punjab, 2012 (modified)

Note: Only non-Muslims who belong to minorities will
be accommodated.



Total Terms and Conditions:

1) Both male and female applicants who are
domiciled in Punjab province can apply.

2) Appointments will be made, based on
contract, under “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004” initially for
a period of 03 years, renewable subject to good performance.

3) Completed application along with certified
copies of all educational certificates (such as Matric, F.Sc. etc.) / degrees /
diplomas, copy of address, valid CNIC, work experience certificates (if
applicable) and 02 more passport size photographs recent must be submitted to
the Establishment Branch, Nishtar Institute of Dentistry, Multan.

4) In the case of level ‘O’ and level ‘A’, the
equivalence certificate must also be presented.

5) Applicants must submit original documents at
the time of interview 6) Relaxation of age at the upper age limit according to
the Government. of the Punjab Notice and Recruitment Policy, S&GAD, 2022,
i.e. 10 years will be granted for female candidates and 7 years for male

7) Quotas will be observed in accordance with
the 2022 Recruitment Policy.

8) Recruitment will be strictly on merit in
accordance with “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 / Recruitment
Policy, 2022” and the instructions issued from time to time by the

10) Under no circumstances will incomplete
applications be accepted, as well as those received after the closing date.

11) The Authority reserves the right to cancel,
increase or decrease the number of positions at any level without assigning any

15) The evaluation of the candidates will be
done according to the “Selection Criteria for Appointment as stipulated in
the Recruitment Policy, 2022 of the Government of Punjab. Also, the selection
committees may devise some written/practical tests for the evaluation of
candidates for any particular position to assess their capabilities as part of
the “Interview” and assign qualifications accordingly.
