The Defense Security Forces operate within the Pakistan Army and each year announce the opportunity for men living in Pakistan/Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan to join the Defense Security Forces as soldiers and serve the Motherland as army officers.

Age limit: Minimum - 17 years 6 months - Maximum - 26 years

Minimum height: 5'4" - Chest: 29" to 31"

For military and DFS kids:

Minimum degree: Intermediate

Age limit: minimum - 17 years 6 months and maximum 25 years

Minimum height: 5'4" - Chest: 29" to 31"
